Anti-Static Gloves

The Anti-static gloves comprise porous cloth-type material and a cutout from polyvinyl chloride film having an anti-static dissipative element integral therewith, said cutout including a profile of fingers, thumb and palm areas of a hand, said cutout disposed over the fingers, thumb and palm areas of said glove; and means for securing said cutout over said areas of said glove. It is well known that handling of delicate and sensitive parts such as films, electronic instruments, circuit boards and components results in static buildup on the parts which attract dust. Oil from the fingers during such handling will cause dust to stick to the records even after discharge of any static charge. Thus, a glove having inherent built-in static protection to prevent or reduce static buildup and oil from the hand contaminating the parts would solve this problem. Also Anti-Static gloves are the perfect replacement for antistatic wrist bands when working with electronic circuit boards.
